Best at all 24/7 open Mr. YEHYA , thank you very much for being so active and making best hookah We have been there many times , late night or morning that most places are close it's hard to find place to pass time specially cafe shop But cistern hookah cafe is active and make service 24 ,beside it's one of the most famous cafe shop in old city İstanbul If you like to smoke shisha and you are at blue mosque area then definitely try there ,you will like it Thanks Mr. Yahya

Situated near Beyazit Square, At first this place might seem very inviting , we actually didn't have the best of time. The Shisha was below average and it took a lot of effort to get the staff attention to change the coal.
