Absolutely infuriating experience. The place looks nice, sure — but don’t be fooled. The food was disgusting and completely undercooked. When we asked them to cook it properly, they brought it back burnt to a crisp like they were trying to prove a point. No apology, no care whatsoever. And then — the cherry on top — they had the audacity to slap on a massive service charge for the garbage service we got. When we questioned it, they practically demanded we pay it like we owed them something for ruining our meal. Save yourself the frustration. Never again.
