We visited this place on New Year’s Eve. The prices were extremely high, and the Aperol Spritz was tasteless. We were considering leaving, but the staff offered us a 20% discount if we stayed and promised a live show, which unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The platter of dips was very overpriced at 2,100 lira, although I have to admit that it tasted good.

Vamos Istanbul absolutely blew me away. I’ve been in Türkiye for 10 days now, traveling all over the country and trying different restaurants, and this was by far the best meal I’ve had anywhere. I ordered the Mutancana and I’m officially in love with this dish. It was unbelievable rich, flavorful, perfectly cooked the kind of meal you keep eating even when you’re not really hungry anymore. I cleaned the plate. I’m already thinking about how I can try to recreate it once I get home. I will definitely be back, and I’m hoping to bring my group here in April because I want them to experience this

Great place in Sultanahmet with a nice variety of Ottoman dishes and kebabs. The food is delicious and well-prepared. They also offer alcoholic drinks and nargile (hookah), which makes it a good spot to relax after sightseeing. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff are friendly. A recommended stop if you want a mix of traditional Turkish cuisine and drinks in a central location!
