Absolutely awful experience. From the moment we walked in, the waiter made it clear we weren’t welcome. The hookah we ordered was terrible — we tried at least three times to ask for help, but nothing was done. We used it for less than 10 minutes (when a session usually lasts 45 minutes to 1.5 hours). They offered to change the flavor, but honestly, with the poor service and heavy atmosphere, we just wanted to leave. To top it off, they tried to make us pay for the hookah we barely used. We refused, and the staff began putting pressure on us to pay anyway. The bartender showed clear aggression

To flee! Execrable and dishonest staff! No professionalism and no welcome worst experience a hookah that doesn't smoke. I return it and we are asked to pay anyway!

After some time of looking for a good place.to eat , smoke and chill we found zarif , the armosphere was chill , the food was amazing and got to our table really fast and for the nargile it was the best we tried in istnabul over all 10/10 and will definitely come again on my next visit

The place is not bad, the stuff is helpful, the menu is ok (try macaronie ice cream it was good). Although, the place called nargile (hookah) kafe the main thing (hookah) is not good or at least we didn’t like it. It had a sour taste sometimes, in the beginning it didn’t have any taste, tho we chose the most expensive tobacco from the menu. So we expected a good shisha. So at the end of the day if u wanna have a good time having drinks and eat smth it’s place to be, but I wouldn’t go there for smoking no more.
