Kaymaz Hookah, located in Konak, Izmir, is a scam. Please don't be fooled by their friendly demeanor over the phone and order from them, losing your money. In May 2025, they sent 1.5 kg of the wrong product, completely unrelated. I contacted them via WhatsApp, and they pretended to care, saying they would compensate me immediately, but today, July 23, 2025, they still don't answer the phone, yet they continue their business. This is a warning to everyone who buys from them wholesale. Stay away. I have reported my complaint to the Ministry of Trade. If you don't want to be scammed, stay away. T

I placed an order at the beginning of the year and they sent the wrong product. I told Mr. Mustafa, but he didn't care. Then, two months ago, I placed another order.
