This was my first time at the shop. He was attending to a customer, so I naturally waited. Then his friend came in and chatted with him for minutes, still not paying any attention. I was looking him in the eye, standing there for 14 minutes, and they still weren't paying any attention. A customer came after me, and they started selling to him without considering the priority. I left the shop, and they didn't care. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and I'll warn my acquaintances not to go there. It's insincere and shameful behavior. This isn't how a shopkeeper should be.
