We came from Istanbul with a large group of friends to sit and smoke hookah before Ramadan, but as soon as we entered, instead of a welcome, we were told there was no space. I recommend you get some information about running a business.

A nice, spacious hookah cafe. I went twice, and neither time there were any women, so it's not really a family place; it's more of a men's hangout. It's a place where you can comfortably sit with friends. The hookah is good, and the menu is nice and reasonably priced. I prefer the Love66 or Love42 hookahs. The only downside was that one employee kept forgetting what we ordered, but the others immediately brought it to him. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star experience.

The chefs no longer care about customer satisfaction. The place is masculine, the hookahs aren't bad, but I think customer service is more important. As long as the customer isn't being aggressive, you should strive to make them leave satisfied. Of course, that's assuming you're not a greedy business owner.
