I had a very disappointing experience at Mirage Island Restaurant and Coffee Shop. They are listed on Careem with a “Dine Out” option, but when I asked to pay through the app, the waiter said they don’t know what Careem Dine Out is and that it’s not available. This makes no sense, as every other restaurant I’ve visited on Careem accepts this without any issue. It felt misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, the service was extremely slow, and the food quality was below average and honestly not acceptable. To make things worse, I noticed an extra 0.5 AED added on the POS machine witho
