The afternoon tea was a great experience. Very nice seating area inside, though we chose to sit outside to enjoy the view of the Burj al Arab. We enjoyed all the pastries and the scones were delicious as well. The drinks were great too, though twice they didn’t have what we initially wanted to choose.

Elegant and welcoming with tasty food, I had a business meeting at this lounge and it was very pleasant. The service is impeccable and the lounge has a decent selection of light bites and desserts. The carrot cake was very very good.

The place is so beautifully expected outdoors. However, we had an event and we request afternoon tea with special dietary. So the ones who had special dietary the food was not enjoy all! So plain. No taste at all!!! The service was not nice either. And it started from the call. So hard to call them. And once you do impossible to get a call back. I feel like customer service was equally to zero. I haven’t told I am pregnant and at the table it was revealed to everyone when they brought the food that I requested, because it was part of the dietary requirements. But other then this not nice exper
