This review is not for the COFFEE SHOP. This is for Lakbay Tourism. I would like to raise awareness for those who may need their services, especially regarding visa matters. There is one employee who was not accommodating and responded in an unprofessional manner after availing their service. The way she answered queries was often rude and sounded irritated. On a positive note, the visa process for my partner was fast and smooth. However, the transportation and accommodation provided were very unacceptable.
