It’s clear that the owner has a strong vision and a genuine appreciation for advanced technology. One of the chef’s background is equally impressive—having previously worked at one of the most well-known Turkish restaurants in Beijing’s Embassy District. This experience clearly shows in the food. The flavors are authentic, refined, and beautifully balanced.
