Absolutely terrible experience! The staff here are a complete disaster — rude, careless, and totally unprofessional. We ordered a shisha, and after barely three minutes of smoking, the flavor was gone from first. When we told them, they didn’t care at all — no apology, no fix, nothing. Instead, they still insisted we pay the full amount for something we couldn’t even enjoy. The service was beyond disappointing, and the attitude of the staff made the whole experience even worse.
