The overall experience at Elements Lounge was pleasant, with several highlights. The venue is stunning, the view is beautiful, and the fountain show is absolutely spectacular. Desserts and drinks were enjoyable, and the staff were friendly and clearly doing their best to provide good service. However, there are areas that could be improved. The service was quite slow — we waited a long time for coffee, and even desserts selected from the display took a while to arrive. Most importantly, the table wasn’t properly cleaned from the previous guests, and unfortunately, I spoiled my dress on a left

Lovely spot with a beautiful fountain view and a really nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow. I waited a long time for my order, and when it arrived it was the wrong. Getting it changed took even longer, and it was hard to find a waiter as they weren’t always around. The place itself is great, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

The ambience was really nice and the seating arrangement was very comfortable. A special shout-out to Karima Asmirisse for her amazing service — she was super attentive and thoughtful. She even surprised us with a complimentary cake for a birthday, which was such a sweet and memorable gesture. Thank you, Karima — you rock! 🎉👏

Nice place. We came from the way to Abu Dhabi to try this place however we were denied service (coffee) because staff informed us that this is reservation based place otherwise there’s a minimum spent of 200 AED. I was not able to locate my reservation and so requested to have coffee even with the minimum spent but I was challenged as the place was claimed to be fully booked so I requested a supervisor to speak to who seemed too busy over the phone not looking for customer service.
