I recently visited Hookah Grand and had a wonderful experience. The café has a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. One of the best parts is that they offer RTA parking, which makes it super convenient. It's also open 24 hours, so it's perfect for any time of the day or night. I tried their French coffee, and it was really nice—smooth and flavorful. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great place to hang out, enjoy a drink, and unwind.

I have been living in UAE for 17 years and never faced such a bad customer service!! Horrible. Staff: not professional at all, from supervisor to waiters and shisha staff. They don't know how to talk to customers and they don't care about your satisfaction- they care about making money only. Price: place is very overpriced - Water 10AED, Shisha change head 45AED, Shisha Russian 109AED - very expensive place. The cafe next to him "Coalyard" offers the russian shisha with 99AED with free change head. Shisha: not good taste - you order a flavor you get something else. I asked for a specific fl

This place is my favorite for their quality service - atmosphere - 24/7 and of course there hookah (Classic and Russian). Thanks to the employees for their assistance and they surprised me with my favorite cake 🎂 for my birthday. Even their food is amazing (Crispy chicken) and the beverage (Mojito) is the best.
