I had one of the worst sandwiches I've ever eaten here. The coronation chicken was a paste, salty and tasted nothing like coronation chicken. Equally I've had one of the best short ribs here. Small portions but fall off the bone and sublime. The portions on the japanese menu are very small. Ive never had as little as 4 peices of sushi. Really enjoyed the chicken ceasar and catch of the day. The service on our first visit was excellent in keeping with the hotel, the second time they were being quite difficult. We had asked to sub out a starter from the kids menu to a starter on the adults

Slow service even though it wasn’t busy at all. They also ran out of lemons when we asked for lemon slices in our water. You can tell the menu is so old and this place definitely needs a revamp. Oh they also had a cigar humidor but with no cigars! We won’t be back.

Stunning afternoon tea! The place is beautiful, very nice interior and lovely outdoor area, the food was amazing and the tea is so tasty. Went today with my friend for a girls catch up and we loved it! I highly recommend this place. We also went for a walk around the hotel which is gorgeous by the way! Cute welcome drinks followed by Variety of the starters and sweat treats and we also got a chocolate bear to go, such a cool concept really! Thanks to the staff we have had a great day!
