The reception staff truly made my stay comfortable and welcoming. Both Rizwan and Ashifa at the front desk were courteous, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. They were always approachable, handled my requests efficiently, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Their positive attitude and attention to detail left a great impression. Thank you for the excellent service—I would happily stay here again.

Impossible to sleep because of the loud music from the nightclub on the rooftop. We called the reception to complain about it, they didn't care. The nightclub is running until 4am, and music is loud enough to make the building shake. It's our worst experience ever. I highly recommend to avoid this hotel.

They even ask money for that... 1) loudy music half night 2) hot water is absent at evening and morning 3) bed linen with stains, smells 4) no shampoo or soap 5) dirty carpets on the reception Location is really good. Beautiful view on the see. But windows are small not panoramic. And noisy road. Closing of windows doesn't help.

The staff and their hospitality was above 5 Star hotels. They were so much at-your-service and attentive. As I parked, the security came and opened my car door for me to help me out. Then Dibin came and offered me help with my luggage. At the Reception were these 2 wonderful people with warm welcome, so kind, polite and friendly Ashifa and Rizwan. The best receptionists I've ever seen. They made me feel so welcomed. The rooms were huge and clean and well maintained. Room service food was 5 star again, quickest service, well presented, delicious and very reasonably priced. Great place, great pe
