The vibe was really nice, I had a great time. Rating for food isn't high because we only had cake so I can only judge that. Service is a 3 because with our cake only 2 out of 3 of us got cutlery and we had to ask a few times for some for my friend. We'd finished by the time someone brought him a spoon. Same with the mouth pieces, there were 3 of us but only gave 2. Overall though I did have a great time. Also, drinks and food are expensive so be prepared.

I’ve been going here frequently for about 2 years and I’ve got to say they have never let me down with their service. The Shisha is really good better than most places. The food is nice. Jungle Shisha Lounge really needs to remind their doormen of one simple fact: you’re running the entrance to a shisha lounge, not protecting the King’s palace. The level of attitude they deliver is almost impressive — like they woke up and chose “full-time power trip, part-time customer service.” Instead of a hello, you get a look like you’re trespassing on sacred ground. No queue control whatsoever, spent 30 minutes in traffic due to people and cars just sitting stationary outside the venue blocking the roads. Police arrived, however they took no control of the situation as usual and allowed the disturbance continue despite being a health and safety hazard.
