I absolutely love this lounge such respectful and welcoming staff. Nothing is too much for them and truly appreciate the hospitality they provide. Me and my friend wanted somewhere warm and comfy to sit and do work on our iPads they have great WiFi connection and comfortable seats. I felt like I was working from the comfort of my own home which was great. I normally don’t write reviews but Reza was amazing he is truly an asset to the company. Also shisha and food are 10/10

Great shisha lounge, shisha is decent, atmosphere is good. Constant checks from the staff to make sure you're okay, if you require coal etc. Food was very good and great value for money. Strawberry daiquiri was very good too.

One of the best lounges in Birmingham for a long time. Nice refurbishment and the customer service was really good. I ordered the naga and it was nice with mocktail. If only the prep room can do with a finish up then it would be even better than before.

Mint tea was lovely with fresh mint leaves. Staff was nice, lady taking order was so sweet and helpful , she helped come up with a nice shisha flavour. Food came out fast, nicely presented, tasted banging. Got an ice pipe, frozen blueberry + raspberry pear drop shisha which was delicious. Price was great… a whole strip of parking outside. Nice clean decor. My new favorite spot when I’m in Birmingham!!
