Amazing shisha , was visiting Cardiff on holiday and I happened to come across Albasha. I walked in and the atmosphere was not as lively as I would like , however this was quickly overshone by the extremely smooth shisha experience that I had . The customer service at this establishment is impeccable along with the the vast array of shisha flavors offered . The staff was really friendly constantly checking up on myself and the group - they even have us a free platter of fruit - on the house ! If I was local, I would most definitely visit often and perhaps make this my standard go to shisha lou

The food was totally out of taste and quality of the food was rubbish. We called the staff so many times obsoletely very low customer service. The staff called the boss he was very meant even he didn’t bother about to come and talk to us. Never recommend here !!!!

Everytime I say that I am not coming back here I stupidly do. On the last occasion the guy working tipped the shisha on my jacket burnt some of it, by the time I went to pay no one had said anything and was expected to pay full price I then demanded a discount for what happened and was had a pound of lol. Also the shisha is really bad, not what it used to be.
