We had a lovely time from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was amazing, with a beautiful aesthetic that made the whole place feel warm, , and welcoming. A special mention to Halimah, who provided outstanding service throughout our visit. Came to The Palm Shisha Lounge in Coventry on a random weekday and it did not disappoint. The staff were so welcoming, especially Mollie who was attentive and lovely throughout. I had the Parmesan chicken and chips with a mango daiquiri — both were absolutely delicious 😍 The chicken was so succulent and full of flavour, and the daiquiri was thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet. We also had an Irn Bru shisha which hit the spot after a long day. It’s on the pricier side, but definitely worth it for the atmosphere, beautiful interior (love the dangling birds 🕊️), and the service. Will definitel

Went to Palm by H20 and honestly left shocked at how bad the food was. This wasn’t a case of ordering the wrong things. The execution and quality just weren’t there. To be fair, the atmosphere was decent. The place looks nice and has a good vibe. The person who took our order was also good, polite and helpful, and explained things clearly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The lamb chops had flavour, I’ll give them that, but the texture was awful. Extremely chewy to the point where it stopped being enjoyable. Came on a Saturday and the atmosphere was nice, a bit loud but to be expected. Food: Dynamite shrimp as a starter was decent although pricey as it was £9.95 for 5 pieces. Had the parmeson which was nice although it was one of the cheaper options on the menu it was still expensive at around £22.95. For Dessert had a crepe which was nice and was around the expected price of a crepe. Overall a nice atmosphere and decent food, Pricey yes but for people who want a nice night out not a bad place.
