I’m sharing my frist time experience with oasis Glasgow . I’m so sorry to say very poor service not welcoming very bad service nobody coming to check If everything is okay Les staff working the girl at front rude and the workers at so lazy like worked 12 hours shift. I asked to change coils 3 times still didn’t came until I went there to ask again then changed didn’t even apologize won’t come again sorry 👎🏻

There was a RAT in the drinks preparation area. We were sat in the booth right next to it. I ordered a strawberry drink - I feel sick knowing it was prepared in a rat infested area. On top of that, Shisha was terrible - absolutely no taste, coals weren’t burnt thoroughly. Won’t be back again.
