I had a very unpleasant experience with the person at the counter. They were not only rude but also dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of offering help or guidance, their tone was harsh and unwelcoming. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially from someone expected to manage interactions with coustmers. Definitely not the kind of behavior anyone should have to deal with.
