Had a really great experience here. The shisha was very smooth and enjoyable, and when I mentioned it felt a bit too heavy, the staff immediately adjusted it without any hesitation. Service was honestly top notch.. shout out to the girl on the cashier and Ikram (the shisha maker) who was very attentive and professional. We were also given complimentary fruits, which was a really nice touch. The chai was delicious as well. Overall, everything from the atmosphere to the service made it a great place to relax. Would definitely come back!

I visited Riviera on a sunday evening and the atmosphere was lively yet still really relaxing. The interior, seating, and overall vibe felt very modern and welcoming. Riviera’s menu offers a great variety of flavours — we tried the Apple Paán, and it was incredibly smooth with thick, long-lasting smoke. The service was great, and the whole experience stood out compared to other local shisha spots. Definitely a place I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a premium shisha lounge with a great atmosphere.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is beautiful, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends or family. The food was very nice, fresh, and full of flavour. The shisha lounge was especially impressive, with a great setup, smooth shisha, and a calm, enjoyable vibe. Overall, a fantastic place with great service, great food, and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be coming back.
