Came from Manchester and had my first ever shisha lounge experience at Mabel Lounge — honestly it was amazing 🤍 Beautiful atmosphere, super clean place, great shisha, delicious cakes & desserts, and very friendly staff who made me feel so welcome. We popped in for a drink before a cheerleading competition. We were made to feel welcome, service was excellent. The place is beautiful such lovely decor and comfortable chairs. Even the glasses that the drinks were served in were beautiful. The toilets were decorated nicely and very clean. We are hoping to return to try the food here. Thank you for such a warm welcome.

Went here on a Saturday night. Nice atmosphere, it was quite busy and the DJ is absolutely amazing. However, the service is not great. The waitresses take ages to come over to you, the music is too loud so they can not hear you. I told one of the employees that the shisha wasn’t strong enough after their recommendation and they proceeded to try the shisha and then just walk away. We ordered a good amount of food (chicken wings, burgers, sushi) all of the food was bland and tasteless. I’m a big sushi lover but this sushi was the worst id ever had - it was also quite pricey, I think £17 for one
