Not impressed with this Shisha hub. Over rated because of the location and also it's connected to the Millennium Hotel. I've had better customer service from other lovely, shisha establishments. The person is lazy as he sits around smoking with his female crew. When we arrived for our booking, the empty tables were still not cleared with the past customers drinks ect. He does not treat everyone fairly. At no point did he attempt to change the coal on our shisha pipe, yet he was very attentive to the arabic lady. I wonder why? I gave 2 stars for the choice of music. Decor is average. I've see
