Sam★I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing and concerning experience I had at Al Arez Express on Edgware Road. I was served chicken leg that was clearly raw and when I took it out to feel it felt like jelly and was unable to eat the rest of my meal once seeing this. When I raised this with your staff, I was told that this is “how chicken leg is made, and we get this complaint often” which is completely unacceptable.
