Service is fantastic. No issues here whatsoever. The boys here are easygoing and straightforward. They will recommend you flavours and change your coals multiple times without hassle. Where I would critique them is on the ambience of the preparation of the shisha. They heat up the coals extremely fast, so there is no easing in, the flavours will hit you thick & fast. If you like to patiently build up the flavour and vibe I think this may not be the right place especially if you don't smoke regularly. In terms of atmosphere, it is not mellow.
