We went to Kahani for my son's birthday and the service was absolutely amazing from the moment I made my reservation to the moment we left. Staff was on hand with everything we needed and the food was very nice. We had a big party of guests so we sat in the outside area which was empty and therefore it felt very personalised. They also had a screen and said we could play music if we wished. Inside the restaurant was doing karaoke, so after eating, we requested to sit inside for tea and cake and they were happy to accommodate and we were also able to get the singer to do a special happy birthda

Just want to mention that i had no issues with the service or the atmosphere or the decore and maybe it's because i am used to having a certain flavour in my food, We ordered 2x £75 Grilled platters and the food looked cooked well,not overdone or burnt but as soon as put in my mouth it was totally bland, no crispyness no flavour, the sauces were also very plain. The nan bread and extra bones chicken curry was the only thing that had any flavour. If you prefer spice free food then go for it but its not for me, maybe incase i get my arm twisted i might just try the family platter, which has all

I have been to Kahani twice so far and 2 weeks in a row! I celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and the week after my sister's birthday. The staff especially Kshitiz and Ramaan were very helpful and attentive. I was able to do my own table decoration 30 min prior to booking and they welcomed us with a lovely birthday song. I've experienced Qawali and Bollywood night and both nights were really good. I have tried their hyderabadi biryani, mixed grill, chicken karahi, dhaal, and few starters.
