!ZERO STARS! I wish I could give this place zero stars, but I cannot. I do not like leaving negative reviews but a place like this should not be open. Food - we ordered two mains, the wings were bland, unseasoned and charred to death. The food was unpalatable - we did not complain, we still ate what we were given. Then when we went to pay, they overcharged us by stating the chips are "extra" despite the mains being clearly marked on the menu as being accompanied by rice or chips. To make matters worse the waiter insisted on CASH ONLY - then did not give us the change that we are due. Servic
