Best shisha lounge in north west London hands down, I wish they offered darkside, musthave or tangiers shisha flavours as that’s the only reason I come here less they don’t have the flavours we enjoy. Asides that they have savacco shishas and the smokes great. Service is fantastic, upon pressing the bell on our table the guys were up in 10 seconds. Not many lounges do nice food but these guys have really good food and drinks. Management please consider having darkleaf tobacco on the shisha menu as right now only Jumeirah is doing it and they’re super expensive + don’t have a clue as to what th

My younger sisters were confronted by rude staff saying they would be kicked out if they didn’t order at least 2 shishas due to religious reasons they don’t smoke anything following this I order 2 shisha and gave one away to a group sitting near us just to be able to sit and watch Following this me and my sis ordered 2 smash burger meals which weren’t horrible but it was 6/10 after spending over 100£ And we ended up leaving after the game I had vomited the food out and continued to vomit till today I’m definitely sure its food poisoning as years ago I went to eat here before they rebranded yea

I visited Qabana Lounge on a game night with friends, and while the experience had its highlights it was also a mixed bag overall. Starting with the positives, the lounge itself is incredibly cosy. The airy, comfortable seating, and laid-back ambiance made it a great spot to relax. It’s definitely a place where you can hang out for hours without feeling uncomfortable. However, the service left much to be desired. Orders were not only slow to arrive but also frequently incorrect. We had to follow up multiple times for drinks and food.
