My friend and I are the biggest Phantom of the Opera fans (last count: 3 and 5 times seeing the show!), so we couldn’t miss the Phantom of the Opera afternoon tea—and it did not disappoint. The whole experience was impeccable. The service was attentive and efficient, with staff who were warm, friendly, and engaging. The venue’s decoration reflected the drama and decadence associated with the show, and the food presentation was exquisite. I have been to many themed afternoon teas, and this has BY FAR been my favourite. The only way we could have enjoyed the day more was if we had also booked

I was on Holiday in london, and one of my big splurges was The Phantom of the Opera Afternoon Tea, they offered. The first thing I noticed was how FABULOUS the hotel itself is. The kind of place I would love to have the privilege to work at. Everyone at the concierge desk talked with the guests with such respect and pride. the Door person (Jean Michele, I think was his name) was so very kind to me when I first walked in and looked around. The second thing is when I was sat in the Rose Lounge, my server? I have no hope of spelling her name but it started with an R, was an absolute delight.

We went to the Phantom of the Opera high tea and it was beautiful! Everything was artfully presented, the flavors were fantastic, and the tea was a wonderful highlight! One word of advice: Make sure that you don't have breakfast before going, as we were unable to finish the desserts, even without eating since the night before.

An amazing experience for an leisurely, themed afternoon tea. The whole meal is theatrical and delights the eyes as much as the palate. An expensive treat but worth it for a special occasion.
