The staff were very nice overall, but the waiter felt a bit pushy at times, asking whether we wanted to order more or get the bill, which made it feel like we were being rushed to leave. This was despite the four of us ordering food, drinks, and hot drinks. The food was nice, but the biryani was too spicy even though we specifically asked for it to be mild after being told that was possible. The shisha was good, but very overpriced.

Amr gave us amazing service! He went out his way to give us a cake for my sisters birthday! He made a lovely shisha and catered it to our taste buds! Can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re around Oxford street definitely come visit.

The pictures and reviews on Google Maps look good, but my experience was disappointing. The staff were not helpful, the service was poor, and overall it didn’t meet expectations for a central London place. I wouldn’t recommend it. And shisha not very good. I don’t recommend this place. They didn’t want to open heater first they said they can’t but after 2 -3 times ask they opened shisha is 50 pound
