Celebrated my friends 20th here, it was great but the service was CHAOTIC. Hence why I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5. The waiters deserve a raise/bonus for dealing with such a hectic environment and the mangers need to be fairer to them. They provided good service but the mangers were being unfair. **DO NOT GO - NOT OPEN** Extremely disappointed with Venue295. I went there yesterday as my friend had booked with them approximately 3 weeks in advance and paid a deposit via open table. Prior to the day of the booking we had tried to make contact with them to amend the time but not able to reach them via phone or email. The day of the booking we attempted to call as we were running late (this was stated to do in their policy) and majority of the party were travelling far with some as far as 2 hour drive and we did not want to have our reservation cancelled. The only positive aspect of this experience was the food, which was genuinely delicious. Unfortunately, everything else was extremely disappointing. The first issue I noticed was the cleanliness. The chairs around the shisha area were visibly dirty and covered in stains, making it difficult to find a seat that felt acceptable. This was followed by the drinks service: despite ordering four bottles of champagne, we were given plastic champagne flutes that were not only inappropriate for the setting but also dirty. Can I say absolutely beautiful service!! Celebrated a baby shower yesterday and the staff, from the 2 hostesses and the waiters and the dj to the belly dancer, they made the day extra special and to the manager on duty. Honestly they all made the day amazing and the food was also tasty we made a mess of the table but damn what a great place. We’ll definitely be attending again. Thank you guys for the amazing service.
