The zinc lounge has improved so much since the arrival of the new manager who is a female, she is amazing and her connection to customers is outstanding. She brings a feeling of kinship with the customers . The owner have brought in a winner here to take over the management of this establishment and the results are 10/10. You have to check this place out, as the customer service has improved tremendously. I believe its due to the manager as she is so down to earth, funny and always there when needed. You must try the mojitos there yummy, shisha is on point.. I will definitely recommend you

Wow amazing management and service. Female manager is phenomenal. Love the music, shisha and chill vibe.was a great evening till certain customers ruined the vibe with there vile language. If it was not for the management being so apologetic I would say scrap thus place.
