Better than expected! The casual restaurant has a great vibe. The shisha was smooth, and the service was friendly—just a bit slow at times, but overall, we had a good time and enjoyed ourselves.

Today, my friend and I visited Luna Shisha, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. Every time we asked for something, they acted as if they were doing us a favor, making us feel like we were unimportant and unwelcome. The attitude we encountered made it seem like we weren't paying customers, and it was incredibly frustrating. I hope the management addresses this issue because no one should feel disrespected when visiting a place that’s supposed to offer a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
