I usually visit Mist and often buy their milk cakes, which are generally very good. However, on my recent visit on 01/11/2025, I purchased two Lotus Biscoff milk cakes, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When I got home and started eating, I noticed that both the cake and the Biscoff sauce on top tasted off, as if they were not fresh. It was quite unpleasant and made me concerned about food safety. milkshake wasn’t covered with anything to keep this from spilling in the bag , this resulted in the cookie dough in the same bag being COVERED in milkshake making it soggy , food was also FREEZING cold when it had arrived. Rang up to speak to someone to resolve the issue and got told they had no delivery drivers available to re deliver the order and that we had to go through just eat for this complaint.

If I could put no starts I would, if you want to feel like you need to let off excess waste from both your ends then go here there’s definitely something wrong with their hygiene handling as me and two other friends feel ill I’ve never had such a disgusting burger in my life.

Great experience at mist the owner really made us feel welcome. I ordered the lamb chops I would highly recommend so much flavour and cooked to perfection. We also played pool which was a great extra. Would recommend to anyone who want a chilled Saturday this is the place to be.
