30 minute drive to be refused service due to cash only. The service was appalling he mentioned we were regulars so we should know its cash only despite us visiting only a few times. They accept bank transfer however, on this occasion they refused and told us to go to the atm.It was quiet aswell inside so im not sure why he had an issue with us. Wont be returning to this place again due to his attitude and inconvenience.

I rarely leave reviews like this, but I feel it’s important to be honest about my experience. The food was extremely disappointing and unfortunately left me feeling unwell afterwards. The atmosphere was just okay—nothing particularly memorable. On a positive note, the service staff were kind and clearly working very hard. What concerns me most, though, is what I’ve been told about staff pay. I’ve heard from people working there that wages may be as low as £7–£9 per hour, which is below the UK minimum wage.
