I recently visited Noir Restaurant in Manchester, and while the experience had its highlights, it didn’t fully live up to expectations. The decor is absolutely beautiful - the attention to detail and overall aesthetic make it a stunning place to dine, perfect if you’re looking for a restaurant with great ambience and photo-worthy surroundings. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the experience. However, the food was quite average and definitely overpriced for what it was.
