Absolutely disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming which completely ruined the atmosphere. The toilets were in a terrible state — broken, dirty, and clearly not maintained at all, which is unacceptable for any place open to the public. As for the shisha, it was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. The flavour tasted cheap and harsh, and it burned out very quickly, leaving a rough and unpleasant taste. Definitely not worth the money. Overall, poor service, poor hygiene, and poor quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place the lads here always keep the coals fresh on your shisha, drinks are reasonably priced and shisha is decent and lasts a long while, atmosphere is mixed, sometimes there’s no music and a bit of a “dead vibe” sometimes there’s music etc which is much nicer than silence . Plenty of heaters to keep you warm as the inside is literally a cave so very cold but nice. A cool place to visit for sure. I come here often.

Very funky looking inside making it look like a cave. We had the double apple shisha and mint tea pot - I would recommend both. The place is cold but they have electric heaters almost on every table.
