They don't accept Amex or tap to pay. They charge different prices for valet. I paid $10, another person in my party was charged $40 about 10 mins later. It was EMPTY in there but they don't seat your party until at least half of them show up. The inside is cute but that is about it. It's not a restaurant, it's a club posing as a restaurant bar. I asked the waitress for an honest opinion on the entrees and the items that she recommended I didn't want. Avenue Kitchen & Cocktails in Atlanta is the full package, the food, the vibes, the service. Everything delivered. I started with the Ribeye Steak Sliders ($29) and they were everything. Soft, buttery bun, steak cooked perfectly and seasoned even better, and you get 3, which makes it a solid value. The Spiced Branzino Fillet ($32) was a great portion and so flavorful. Both dishes were standouts. But the experience goes way beyond the food. Belly dancers, great music, and an atmosphere that honestly makes the night. I came to Avenue specifically to review it! It did not disappoint! The pictures I’m adding don’t do it justice because the lighting is just something you have to see in real time. Let’s start with the Dj he was great! You can vibe but also still hear yourself think. The food was so good I had the seafood wontons 10/10 I was very pleased.
