I randomly found myself in Uptown and decided to check out Crave Dessert Bar after a nice dinner. The vibe inside was super cute and inviting, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I didn’t have a reservation and was on my own, so I just sat at the bar. I tried the crème brûlée, which was absolutely delicious, and also ordered a spirit-free hibiscus bellini. The mocktail was fine, though not the best I’ve had, but I appreciated the attention to presentation. Stopped by Crave Dessert Bar with my coworkers because we were on a very serious mission: cocktails + sugar. And let me tell you… mission accomplished with zero regrets and possibly a new personality. First off, shoutout to our server Sabrina (aka “the witch” 🧙‍♀️ because clearly she’s casting spells back there). She was ridiculously friendly, had a smile that could fix a bad day instantly, and guided us through the menu like a dessert sommelier.
