I was incredibly disappointed with my experience here. There was a special event happening that we were never informed about, which completely disrupted the atmosphere. The venue was overcrowded, seating was crammed, and the music was deafening. On top of that, half-naked women and photographers were everywhere, making the whole experience feel weird and chaotic. My friend is extremely conservative and she was uncomfortable the entire time. Waterproof is publicly known to have far lost its sparkle, but now the new management doesn’t care about its patrons or our opinions. Nor their staff quite frankly. A fight broke out on Saturday and I sat and watched a woman manager completely ignore it after sending only level 2 security over there. Level 2 security ain’t even allowed to touch people, only observe and report. The hostess and bartender cared more about the men than the manager did. It took over 30 minutes to de-escalate the fight. OH AND THEY STOPPED WANDING DOWN PATRONS BACK IN THE WINTER SO ANYONE COULD HAVE HAD A KNIFE OR G
