CRU Galleria Lounge in Houston was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to relax with friends. The food was outstanding. From the crispy garlic parmesan wings to the tender, melt-in-your-mouth lamb chops, every dish was packed with flavor. Honestly, it was hard to pick a favorite! Great vibes, delicious food, and excellent company made this a memorable visit. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

The drinks and hookah were enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. If you need extra coal for your hookah, don’t expect anyone to bring it promptly. However, they’re quick to respond if you ask for a refill. Despite bringing our concerns to the owner’s attention, he simply sat at the bar, smoking his own hookah, and didn’t address the issue. To top it off, there’s an automatic 18% gratuity added to every bill, which feels unwarranted given the service quality.

I went to Cru Lounge with friends, but my experience was ruined by a lack of transparency at the time of payment. I ordered chicken wings for $20 and a Sprite for $4, for a total of $24. However, at the time of payment, an automatic tip of 18% ($4.32) was added without being told. Then I was given the bill without mentioning this automatic tip and with additional tip suggestions. Thinking that the waiter had not added a tip, I left another one, which made me pay almost $5 more. This is a dishonest and misleading practice. We came when it was slow so it was a chill time. Wings was pretty good, shot special was cool too. But an easy fix to raise the review for myself for next time I come. would just go into a little more training for the staff to be a little more inviting and a little more versed on what is being served. Because back and forth on a busy night could cause some confusion.
