I want to be fair in my review. Most of the staff were polite and welcoming, and both the owner and the manager personally came to speak with me and apologized, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member named Mati was completely unacceptable. I came with my wife, brother and his wife. Juan was very helpful and polite and very attentive. We were seated outside and it started to rain. They both escorted us in with umbrellas. The food and hookah were bomb! I will definitely be back next time I visit south beach!
