The drinks were the highlight of the night, but even the good green tea and lemon drop shots couldn’t make up for the dreadful service. The server vanished after our first order, the hookah arrived with dead coals, and I practically had to beg for replacements. Overpriced and underwhelming from start to finish.

I recently visited Aladdin’s Hookah Lounge and Bar, and I have to say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the manager and staff were incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt like they didn't want to be there, and that negativity definitely extended to the customers. I tried to ask a simple question about their menu, and the staff member rolled their eyes and barely acknowledged me. The atmosphere, which I had hoped would be welcoming, was instead uncomfortable and uninviting.

Not sure why all the low reviews. It's straight forward and meant to be low contact. You walk in...they check id...open seating...QR code menu. They brought my hookah out in less than 5 min, one waitress/bartender who checked in with us 2 or 3 times. My drink was never empty long.

The SERVERS are very unfriendly and customer service is really poor. The server greeted our table and didn’t came back to us. We sat 30 mins before we could get a water. I wouldn’t recommend this place for nothing.
