It's a cool place, hole in the wall rooftop lounge along the upper west side. They make it comfy with some light roofing and heat lamps for the cold nights. Went to see my friend DJ for the night and was pleasantly surprised that the level of music/stature could be brought to a little place like Althea's. Truly, this place is/ can be a gem with a little more elbow grease. Only reason im giving this 3 stars, is because the place is deceptively expensive. I bought 2 miller lights and 1 water melon hookah totaling up to 98 dollars. The hookah was $60 and the millers we're $14 a bottle. No matte
