Cloud Factory Hookah Lounge was very dry and dull overall. The hookah flavor was good, but the service took a long time and no one gave updates on the wait. The music felt very outdated, and the staff could be more friendly and welcoming, especially for someone visiting for the first time. The furniture looked old and worn, and the floors were dirty, which took away from the experience. The atmosphere just didn’t have much of a vibe. Also, be aware that there is an entrance fee that gets added to your total. It’s BYOB, so bring your own drinks, and make sure you have your ID.

I cannot understate how incredible the experience was here. Tajena & Nigera were the most hospital people I’ve met in my time in Philly. My wife loves to hookah, and they welcomed us with open arms, made sure we were taken care of, gave us local restaurant recommendations, and most importantly - allowed us to play music on their amazing sound system. I will be back here simply for the vibes. The hookah itself is spectacular, better than anything I’ve had in NYC. 10/10. Give these ladies a raise!

Cloud factory hookah lounge is the best is nice. The atmosphere is to die for the owner. Jay is so cool. It’s a really nice place to go. Definitely going back again. The prices are great. The food is good and it’s just an all-around great place to be the DJ she’s cool as I don’t know what like trust me. It’s a really good place to go toand it is so nice and on top of it is black owned and it’s just a great place to go I had a ball definitely going back.

Went here on my birthday with my boyfriend to chill after walking around all day. Visiting from Detroit so we’re very familiar with hookah bars and always love to visit others in different states. Small but nice vibes. The owner was super nice and fun! We were the only ones in there but he made our experience great! :) If you want a very personable experience, this is the place to go and support! We will be back if we ever return to Philly!
