I've visited Luna Lounge on multiple occasions and always had a great experience until my 10/2 visit when I had to speak to the manager, Richy, regarding my bill. I visited the rooftop when they opened at 5pm on that Saturday, their happy hour goes from 5pm-7pm. When I got home, I noticed my bill was about 40% more than it should have been. I was not upset because everyone makes mistakes and I would have happily gone back in the future again if they knew how to handle my issue with professionalism. However, thanks to Richy, the manager, who by the way has zero manager qualitie, I will never be
