I gave this lounge 5/5 because it’s a cool lounge for two or more people. The Owner is great and respectful of customers. The Food & drinks are reasonable and hookahs are fair price. Security personnel are on point to prevent altercations and me and my friends felt safe there for the entire of our time. The lounge opens from 10pm to 3am Fridays & Saturdays and there is After hour party that’s starts shortly after 3am Weekdays after hour party are from Tuesdays to Thursdays from 2am to 6am. Always a good vibes every time stops by. Check it out

This was the most ghetto lounge I’ve ever been to in my life! Security started off doing way too much. There were two unhinged men demanding “respect” after being extremely disrespectful. One of them said he was the manager. When we walked in, I witnessed him putting his hands on a female, yelling in the groups face and pushing one girl down the stairs. There was another incident where he kicked someone out because they didn’t respond to him when he was talking. The other security backed him up saying it was very disrespectful… There was 2-3 fights and I was only there for about 15 minutes. It

“Was charged $52 for drinks I never received. Spoke to multiple bartenders, security, and the owner. Owner acknowledged it and told me to wait, but after ~20 minutes never made the drinks. Only offered $20 instead of correcting the issue. Ended up leaving without what I paid for. Really disappointing experience.”

I visited Cloud Lounge on Friday around 6pm. My drink was great, and our server was attentive. The music was enjoyable, but I found the hookah to be just okay. The lounge was relatively empty at that time, although I've heard it gets crowded later on. I really liked the outdoor spaces, but the whole experience was worth it. For a more satisfying experience with quality products, a friend highly recommend PullupDeliveries. will also check them out and order some few stuffs
