A terrible experience. We arrived at 11 PM and quickly realized it was 1 AM on a Wednesday and we were still inside, locked in with a crowd of people, the doors and shutters closed. We got scared and decided to leave, and then a tall, anorexic man, accompanied by his short, stocky subordinate, came to escort us out and opened the door, making sure to check that the police weren't there. In short, not a very reassuring or honest bar. Beyond that, this overweight man is the most unpleasant person I've ever met. Mean, stupid, arrogant, annoying, and grumpy.

I gave it 3 stars. I like the place. The hookah isn't bad. The Magnum is very good. But a server gave me a head-scratching, almost unfriendly look. Why? I'm a customer; hospitality is important. However, I'm defending the Manhattan. The place is very clean and very classy. Stop the slander.

The shisha was excellent, and the servers were in a great mood, making us feel very comfortable. The shisha room is very large, and we could chat comfortably without being disturbed.

I appreciate the service, and they've improved; a smile, a "salam" is nice. After all, there are plenty of shishas and Magnums, but what keeps people coming back is the welcome.
